Formerly operated by Simmons Hardware Company and constructed in 1895, the seven-story masonry and heavy timber framed building is one of the surviving structures that remains within the Cupples Station warehouse district. Historic renovation and building conversion including 132,000 sf commercial space (floors 2-7) and 15,000 sf ground floor retail/restaurant space. LEED CS v2009 Registered.
