This 14,000-square-foot renovation was a complete transformation of a one-story office building with a full lower level. The space, untouched for decades, was dark, dated, and disconnected—particularly the basement, which felt cramped and uninviting. Our task was to reimagine the entire building from the studs up, delivering a fully modern, functional workplace.

We led full space planning and selected all finishes, furniture, and fixtures to support both day-to-day operations and collaborative office culture. The once-claustrophobic lower level is now a bright, open breakout café designed for dining, informal meetings, and all-hands briefings.

This top-to-bottom overhaul brought new life to an aging structure, creating a vibrant, flexible environment that reflects the firm's identity and supports its evolving way of working.
